You’ll receive an automatic email with your login link and instructions for accessing the programme. If this is your first course, you may be asked to create a password.

2. Activate your account

Use the same email address you entered at checkout. If the access email does not appear within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Begin gently

The Introduction and Preconception Mindset modules are available immediately. One new module will then unlock each week, giving you time to learn, reflect and integrate gradual changes without pressure.
